SBI Consumer Becomes Conscientious, Soon to Close Your Debit Card!

State Bank of India (SBI) is constantly taking steps to provide better services to its customers. The bank has announced to close its old ATM card (debit card). It is a magistrive debit card. In return, the bank is issuing new EMV cards with new-age chip. The bank has provided the deadline for all customers to change their cards till December 31.

Money can not be withdrawn - If you have an old magistrate (debit card) debit card immediately change because the old card is closing. Instead, customers will have to take EMV chip debit card. Its last date is 31 December 2018. Let me tell you that if you do not do this then you can not do any work with old card, as banks' ATM machines will not accept your card.

What do you do now? According to the information given by the bank, the bank has replaced the old ATM card and replaced its debit card with EVM chip. You can apply online for a new card. Apart from this, there is also an option to apply in the bank's branch. Let us tell you that the bank has closed the old card from February 2017. It will be completely closed on 31 December 2018.

The old cards are closed due to this - a black strip appears behind the back of the old ATM and debit card. It's a black strip magnetic strip, in which all your information is registered. You can withdraw money from your account after entering the PIN number after entering the ATM. Such cards are swipe at the time of purchase.
